Fat: 43.33g | Prot: 80.75g | Carb: 133.03g.   Breakfast: almond milk, oatmeal. Lunch: blueberries , chicken, lettuce, salas, string cheese, whole wheat toast. Dinner: boca burger, brown rice, lime juice, seasoned french fries, spinach.
