Lunch: 99% Fat Free Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Fresh Baby Spinach & Arugula Blend, Medium Cheddar Cheese Slices, Three Cheese Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing. Dinner: ground meat, Original Creamy Swiss Cheese, smart carb. Snacks/Other: almonds blue diamond, pork cracklins.
