Finally I'm starting to losing weight at a steady pace! It's nice to get on the scale and see it flash a smaller number! But I shouldn't be hung up too ...

Breakfast: Bacon, Hard Bolied Eggs, julian bakery, Sugar Free Strawberry Preserves, V8 High Fiber 100% Vegetable Juice. Lunch: 99% Fat Free Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Fresh Baby Spinach & Arugula Blend, Medium Cheddar Cheese Slices, Three Cheese Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing. Dinner: ground meat, Original Creamy Swiss Cheese, smart carb. Snacks/Other: almonds blue diamond, pork cracklins.
