Breakfast: 100% Whey Isolate Protein Powder, Almond Breeze Unsweetened, EZ-Sweetz (Liquid Sucralose), Half and Half Cream, regular coffee, vanilla. Lunch: Atkins Caramel Chocolate Nut Roll, butter, cucumber, eggs, onion flakes, pork sausage, tomatoes. Dinner: broccoli, butter, Chicken Griller-Four Cheese & Roasted Garlic, strawberries. Snacks/Other: Black Tea Bags, Cheddar Cheese, Half & Half Cream, Turkey Pepperoni.
