Fat: 109.15g | Prot: 123.12g | Carb: 334.24g.   Breakfast: Kellogg's Mini Wheats - Brown Sugar Flavour, skim milk. Lunch: almond tofu, banana, bbq sauce, ciabatta president's choice, coleslaw, havarti, light mayonnaise, My Mom's Burgers, pickles, tomato, zucchini. Dinner: basmati rice, Indian Market Vindaloo, olive oil, paneer, sweet peas. Snacks/Other: all bran bar, blackforest ham, coffee, guacamole, nonfat milk, pickle, splenda, tortilla, tostitos, watermelon.
