Breakfast: butter, EZ-Sweetz (Liquid Sucralose), Half and Half Cream, Low Carb Muffin, regular coffee. Lunch: Protein Bar. Dinner: Blue Cheese Dressing, butter, chicken breast, skin not eaten, cucumber, french green beans, lettuce, red cabbage, shredded carrots, tomatoes. Snacks/Other: Black Tea Bags, Cheddar Cheese, greek yogurt, Half & Half Cream, strawberries, Turkey Pepperoni.
