Fat: 80.15g | Prot: 97.18g | Carb: 136.85g.   Breakfast: almond milk, Oatmeal, peach, walnuts, Whey Protein Powder. Lunch: cottage chees, lettuce, plain nofat greek yogurt, pork tenderloin, raspberries, strawberries. Dinner: avocado, cheddar cheese, Coconut Water, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), Original Potato Chips (Popchips), spinach, thin bun. Snacks/Other: Almonds, Cucumber (with Peel), Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, watermelon.
