Fat: 73.61g | Prot: 60.16g | Carb: 164.55g.   Breakfast: Butter (Salted), Eggplant with Cheese and Tomato Sauce, English Muffin. Lunch: Bananas, Honey, Low Fat Plain Greek Yogurt, Milled Flaxseed. Dinner: Gourmet Brown Rice Crisps - Sea Salt, Green Peas, Guacamole, Margarita, Potato Gnocchi. Snacks/Other: Eggplant Parmesan Casserole, Roasted Peanuts (salted).
