Fat: 93.73g | Prot: 126.28g | Carb: 267.25g.   Breakfast: Butter Croissants, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg, Green Tea, shrimp, soft spread, splenda, starbucks caramel macchiato, Toasted 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  grape soda, macaroni salad, Baked Beans, cole slaw, Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat), white american cheese. Dinner: chinese vegetables, White Rice. Snacks/Other: Chamomile Tea (Brewed), Chinese Broccoli (Cooked), plain donut, pure protein bar, pure protein bar, White Rice.
