Lunch: Almonds , Carrots , Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber (with Peel) , Hulled Pumpkin and/or Squash Seeds, Mixed Salad Greens, Snyder's of Hanover Mini Pretzels, Sweet Red Peppers . Dinner: Bean & Cheese Taco, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Summer Squash (from Fresh), Yellow Sweet Corn (Kernels On Cob, Without Salt, Frozen, Drained, Cooked, Boiled) . Snacks/Other: All Energy Trail Mix, Zingers - Iced Chocolate Cakes with Creme Filling.
