Lunch: Carrots, Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added), Iceberg Salad, Lite Caesar Salad Dressing, Navels Oranges. Dinner: Beef Chuck (Arm Pot Roast, Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Carrots, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Corn, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other: Dipped Chocolate Cone (Large), Purblue Creatine, Super Advanced Whey Protein Chocolate & peanut butter.
