Breakfast: 45 Calories and Delightful 100% Multi Grain Bread, American Cheese Singles, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cream (Half & Half), Eggs (Large), Sliced Candadian Bacon. Lunch: basmati rice, ground turkey, salsa, spinach. Dinner: BLT Bites, hot italian sausage, kroger frozen yogurt, strawberries, tomato. Snacks/Other: 45 Calories and Delightful 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Carbmaster Strawberry Colada Yogurt, kroger natural peanut butter, Pure Protein Shake - Chocolate Mint.
