Breakfast: brewed coffee, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, land of lakes fat free half and half, milk, oatmeal quaker, orange juice, sugar, thomas' originak nooks and crannys english muffin. Lunch: blue diamond bold almonds, mayonnaise kraft, sour dough bread, tomato, wavy lays chips. Dinner: blue cheese potato salad, butter, mac & cheese, red wine, Talapia fish. Snacks/Other: brewed coffee, chocolate covered blueberries, land of lakes fat free half and half, liquer, sugar.
