Breakfast: almond butter with flax, chobani plain greek yogurt, gala apple, soy milk. Lunch: ak mak sesame cracker, hard boiled egg, nectarine, pepper jack cheese. Dinner: banana, garlic, jalapeno, rainbow salad, roasted red pepper hummus, shrimp, smart and delicious tortilla, sunflower seed kernels. Snacks/Other: natural crunchy peanut butter, semi-sweet chocolate chips, soy milk.
