Had a bad weekend took a weekend trip out of town for 4 days...Ate alot of bad stuff. Time to get back on track!

Breakfast: Trader Joe Banana muffin. Lunch: Chicken Breast Trader Joes, Ruffles original, Valley Fresh Steamers Roasted Red Potatoes, Green Beans & Rosemary Butter Sauce. Dinner: Cubano Seasoned Wrap. Snacks/Other: Multigrain Crackers, Trader Joe's Baked Jalapeno cheese crunchies.
