Lunch: Fried Tofu, Miso Soup, Soybeans (Mature Seeds, Steamed, Cooked), Vegetable Gyoza Potstickers, White Rice. Dinner: Cooked Fava Beans, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast, Yellow Sweet Corn.
