Breakfast: babybel, coffee-oz, Day Break Oatmeal Cinnamon Baked Square, diet coke-oz, heavy whipping cream -1 T, liquid stevia (13 drops). Lunch: Arby's Sauce, diet pepsi, Hamburger bun, Large Roast Beef (No Bun). Dinner: almond gravy, chicken breast, pork fried rice. Snacks/Other: Smooth Mint Sugarfree Gum, water.
