Fat: 68.57g | Prot: 62.26g | Carb: 156.06g.   Breakfast: 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Asparagus, Broccoli, Double Fiber Bread, Egg, Mushroom Pieces and Stems, Pike Place Roast (Grande), Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Swiss Cheese, Turkey Bacon (Cooked). Lunch: Guacamole with Tomatoes, Tortilla Chips (White Corn). Dinner: Beef Tip Round (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Garlic Fries, Sour Dough Roll. Snacks/Other: Hot & Spicy Pork Rinds, Pale Ale, Vodka.
