Lunch: Golden Light, Ham (Whole, Cured, Roasted), Mashed Potato, Potato Salad, Swedish Meatballs, Yellow Sweet Corn. Dinner: grilled Asparagus, Grilled Salmon, Pear Gorgonzola salad. Snacks/Other: Apple Pie, Bananas, Light Rye Whole Grain Crispbread, Limon, Rotisserie Seasoned Chicken Breast, Trail Mix with Chocolate Chips, Salted Nuts and Seeds.
