Dinner: Beef Chuck (Top Blade, Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Without Salt, Microwaved). Snacks/Other: Almonds, Bananas, Iced Animal Cookies, Milk (Nonfat), Oil Popped White Popcorn, Special K Protein Meal Bar - Chocolatey Chip.
