Breakfast: coffee, egg, flour, milk, Olive Oil Cooking Spray, trader joe's nonfat cottage cheese, water. Lunch: Baby Carrots, Bumble Bee white albacore tuna in water, Litehouse Harvest Cranberry vinaigrette, raw red bell peppers, Taylor Organic Baby Spring Mix, water. Dinner: chopped raw red bell pepper, ground white turkey, Olive Oil, Pace salsa, stone ground white corn tortillas, Trader Joe's fat free refried beans, water. Snacks/Other: blackberries, blueberries, Kashi Go Lean cereal, Splenda, Strawberries, water.
