Lunch: allspice ground, cayenne pepper, celery , chickpeas canned, chilli powder, garlic, garlic powder, green peppers, herbed tea, lemon juice , mushrooms canned, onion , oregano, paprika, tomato, water, white tuna canned. Dinner: butter chicken , naan, shawarma. Snacks/Other: navel oranges.
