Fat: 121.61g | Prot: 97.31g | Carb: 256.02g.   Breakfast: Jam Preserves, Olive Oil Spread, Tea with Milk, Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch: Falafel, Hummus (Commercial), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots). Dinner: Chicken Breast Kebabs, Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Frozen), Hummus, Indian Flatbread Naan, Minced Lamb, Rice Pilaf.
