Dinner: Beer, Broccoli, Fried Chicken Breast No Coating (Skin Not Eaten), Swiss Cheese. Snacks/Other: Banana, Cosmopolitan, Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added), gold standard, Light & Fit Yogurt, skim milk, strawberries.
