Lunch: Apples, Bananas, Mixed Salad Greens, Pumpkin Seeds & Oats Crispbread. Dinner: Anchovy (Drained Solids in Oil, Canned), asparagus, Classic, egg, Lasagna with Meat, olive oil, salad. Snacks/Other: Fruit Crunch, kara, nature's plus.
