Fat: 48.86g | Prot: 76.46g | Carb: 150.23g.   Breakfast: Cream (Half & Half, Fat Free), Milk (Nonfat), Strawberries, trader joes steel cut frozen oatmeal. Lunch: chicken thigh, low fat salad dressing, salad. Dinner:  reduced fat cheddar cheese, avocado, tortilla. Snacks/Other: banana, dark chocolate penut butter cups trader joes, grande nonfat latte, pineapple, trader joes lite string cheese.
