Lunch: banana, Cooked Egg White, creature, Gold Standard 100% Whey, Omega Plus Milk Powder, True Black Pepper Cheese Slices, Weet-Bix, Wholemeal Bread. Dinner: banana cake, cooked egg white, Roasted Grilled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), skippy, wholemeal fairprice. Snacks/Other: Creature Creatine, Gold Standard 100% Whey, Omega Plus Milk Powder, Weet-Bix.
