Breakfast: butter, french toast, Strawberry Banana nectar. Lunch: Hearty Potato and Chicken Dill soup, Zoup Multigrain Bread. Dinner: boiled, flax seeds, lettuce, red pepper, sunflower seeds, toasted sesame soy and ginger vinaigrette. Snacks/Other: cashews, klondike bar.
