Dinner: Asparagus (Unprepared, Frozen), Beer, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Instant Brown Rice, Rogan Josh Curry Cooking Sauce. Snacks/Other: 94% Fat Free Microwave Butter Popcorn, gold standard, Green Tea, skim milk, soft baked oatmeal cookies chocolate & almond, strawberries.
