Fat: 56.46g | Prot: 84.94g | Carb: 111.60g.   Breakfast: paratha, Tea with Milk and Sugar. Lunch: chicken, chicken biryani, korma, naan. Dinner: red onions , tuna fry , White Toast Bread (Kuwait Flour Mills). Snacks/Other: chicken lollipop, meatballs veg, mortadella, Skimmed Chocolate milk rich in A&D vitamins, Tea with milk and sugar, turkey slice .
