Lunch: apple, chicken boneless skinless, lettuce mix, red pepper hummus, tumaro. Dinner: carrots, chicken boneless skinless, marketside salsa, muenster cheese, ravioli. Snacks/Other: coconut flour, fage, frozen berries, mr. wheat, my low sodium trail mix, pb2, pure protein, splenda, splenda.
