Lunch: Cauliflower , Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Classic Italian Zesty & Spicy Spaghetti Sauce. Dinner: beer, garden salad, grilled chicken. Snacks/Other: Banana, Dry Roasted Unsalted Peanuts, gold standard, Light & Fit Yogurt, skim milk, strawberries.
