Fat: 85.86g | Prot: 158.72g | Carb: 148.79g.   Breakfast: Cheddar Cheese, Cooked Egg White, Fruit Yoghurt (Lowfat, 11g Protein Per 8oz), Sliced Ham, Special K Bar Original. Lunch: Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Sweet Chili Chicken Wrap, Yellow Sweet Corn (Kernels on Cob, without Salt, Frozen, Drained, Cooked, Boiled). Dinner: chicken, chicken, greek salad, rice, Rusk Toast, salad dressing, vegetables. Snacks/Other: Apples, Chocolate Chip Biscuits (Soft Type).
