Lunch: Broccoli, Cherry Tomatoes, Chicken Breast, Egg, Honey Mustard Yogurt Dressing, Lettuce, Light String Cheese, Sweet Red Peppers. Dinner: Bananas, Beef Tenderloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat, Prime Grade), Peanut Butter. Snacks/Other: Apples, Chocolate Chip Cookie, Nonfat Cappuccino, Pure Protein Shake - Frosty Chocolate (Bottle).
