Breakfast: banana, frozen fruit, whey protein. Lunch: 100% Whole Wheat Bread, carrots, Fat Free Mayonnaise, Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Light Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Water, Canned), radish, water. Dinner: chai tea , Pacific Cod, spinach, stir fry. Snacks/Other: frozen fruit, Fruit Punch Flavor Powder (Without Added Sodium), whey.
