Fat: 86.95g | Prot: 103.98g | Carb: 86.39g.   Breakfast: Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat). Lunch: Honey Ham slice, Kraft Fat Free Swiss cheese, Rice crackers. Dinner: butter, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Ginger Broccoli with Shrimp, shrimp, Wine. Snacks/Other: Trader joe just a handful.
