Lunch: Aloo Saag, Carrots, Cooked Green Cabbage (Fat Added in Cooking), Cooked Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans and Carrots), Roti, Sugar. Dinner: Aloo Saag, Barfi or Burfi Indian Dessert (Made From Milk or Cream or Ricotta Cheese), Cooked Cauliflower (Fat Added in Cooking), Cooked Lentils (Fat Added in Cooking), Cooked Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans and Carrots), Green Peas, Peanut Oil, Roti.
