Fat: 60.77g | Prot: 60.88g | Carb: 269.55g.
Breakfast: Bananas, Blackberries, Raisin Bran, Strawberries, Whole Milk. Lunch: Blackberries, fried chicken thigh, Honey Wheat Bread, mayo, onion, pickle relish, Potato Chips, Water (Bottled). Dinner: chicken, spinach and mushroom lasagna, Regular Margarine Sticks, Sweet Tea, Wheat French Bread. Snacks/Other: Symphony Milk Chocolate with Almonds and Toffee Bar (Hershey's).
