Fat: 70.09g | Prot: 75.93g | Carb: 227.71g.   Breakfast: 1% Fat Milk, Bananas , Bite Size Shredded Wheat, Coffee, Coffee Creamer. Lunch: Cheese Puffs, Cilantro & Chive Yogurt Dip, Deli Select Honey Roasted Turkey Breast, Natural Provolone Cheese, whole wheat sandwich thins. Dinner: Beef Top Loin (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Corn On The Cob with Butter, Country Potatoes (Small). Snacks/Other: Honey Wheat Braided Twists Pretzels, Milk Chocolates.
