Fat: 60.18g | Prot: 70.18g | Carb: 73.67g.   Breakfast: 4% Small Curd Cottage Cheese, Apples, Avocados, Boiled Egg, Chicken Breast, Pineapple. Lunch: 100% Whole Grain Quick Oats. Dinner: great value frozen brocoli cauliflower carrots, Pork Chops or Roasts (Center Rib, Boneless). Snacks/Other: Oatmeal Raisin Granola Bar, Roasted Honey Nut Creamy Peanut Butter.
