Breakfast: 1/4 c sugar free maple syrup, oatmeal, splenda brown sugar 1t per serving. Lunch: = 2 T Mayo with extra virgin olive oil, 2 oz = 2 slices Deli Thin Mesquite Smoked Turkey Breast, cucumber, kraft vinaigrette, low carb tortilla, precooked bacon, provolone, salad, sami - plain, tomato, tomato. Dinner: broccoli - frozen, butter, canned tomato, Carrot, cucumber, kraft vinaigrette, Porketta Loin Roast = 10 oz, salad, tomato. Snacks/Other: Atkins mudslide, sami plain.
