Fat: 118.38g | Prot: 67.30g | Carb: 13.16g.   Breakfast: Bacon, heavy cream, scrambled eggs. Lunch: Cream Cheese, pepperoni stick, Provolone Cheese, sugar free jello. Dinner: Beef Frankfurter or Hot Dog, Joseph's whole wheat lavash bread, pork rib.
