Breakfast: nestle fitness. Lunch: beef steak, Chicken, cured beef, egg white, skyflakes. Dinner: Brown Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked), egg whites, Milkfish, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other: Skyflakes Crackers, Tuna in Oil (Canned).
