Fat: 55.73g | Prot: 43.35g | Carb: 153.50g.   Breakfast: Coffee, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), nuture valley protein, Sugar Free French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer. Lunch: Coke Zero (20 oz), Ham Sandwich with Lettuce and Spread, Oatmeal Cookie, Veggie Crisps, Wint-O-Green Mints. Dinner: Chocolatier Gems - Milk Chocolate with Caramel, Coffee with Cream, Kosher Dill Pickle Halves, Lean Gourmet Chicken Alfredo Florentine, Popcorn (Low Fat and Sodium, Microwave), Reduced Fat Peanut Butter. Snacks/Other: Peanut Butter Filled Sandwich Cracker, Sweet Apple Slices.
