Going heavier with fewer sets of fewer reps. Bought a belt so I can do weighted chins and dips. Ready to work hard. Hoping shoulder will be okay.

Fat: 94.20g | Prot: 165.08g | Carb: 121.63g.
Breakfast: egg whites, eggs, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes). Lunch: bison brats, tomatoes. Dinner: hormel peppercornpork roast, RED WINE, spinach sALAD, sweet potato fries. Snacks/Other: chicken salad, nature valley roasted nut crunch, peanut butter, pure protein vannila cream, saltine crackers, tomatoes.
