Lunch: Applesauce (with Salt, Sweetened, Canned), Dried Sunflower Seed Kernels, Oranges. Dinner: 6" Black Forest Ham, Chipotle Southwest Sauce, Green Hot Chili Peppers, Light Mayo (Packet). Snacks/Other: Baby Spinach, Celery, Corn Tortillas, Corn Tortillas, Cucumber (with Peel).
