Lunch: atkins caramel chocolate, atkins endulge, cabbage soup. Dinner: bologna, honey wheat light bread, light buttery spread. Snacks/Other: cabbage soup, coconut oil spectrum virgin, cream, eggs, flaxseed, lime juice.
