Fat: 67.51g | Prot: 112.05g | Carb: 205.90g.   Breakfast: Chewy Bars - Oats & Chocolate, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Egg McMuffin, Pears. Lunch: 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Blueberry Crepe, Fresh Pork Sausage, Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese. Dinner: Chili Con Carne with Chicken or Turkey and Beans, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Salsa, Velveeta with 2% Milk Cheese, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin).
