Breakfast: Egg, Rye Bread (Reduced Calorie), Sliced Ham (Extra Lean). Lunch: Light Mayonnaise, Nakkekam med svær, Pickled Red Cabbage, Seeded burger buns. Dinner: Carrots, Turkey Breast Meat, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other: drys-let, Free Laekkerbar, mixed fruit, Oil Popped White Popcorn, Smarties, Sweet or Dark Chocolate, whole milk.
