Dinner: Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Granny Smith Apple, Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, Quinoa, Salmon. Snacks/Other: Hard Cooked Peeled Eggs, Soybeans (Mature Seeds, Steamed, Cooked), Whole Milk.
