Fat: 89.67g | Prot: 77.90g | Carb: 431.74g.   Breakfast: banana and strawberry fruit smoothy, milk, muesli. Lunch: bread, coke zero, cucumber, mayo, mousse, roast chicken. Dinner: brown gravy, hard cider, roast beef, roasted potatoes, steamed veg, yorkshire. Snacks/Other: dark chocolate, flapjack.
